After a short drive into the mountains surrounding Jaco, you’ll be outfitted with professional safety equipment and receive a comprehensive briefing from our experienced bilingual guides before your adventure begins. Then it’s time to take flight.

Important Note
For your safety, zip line operations are weather dependent. In the event of heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions, departures may be delayed or rescheduled. Our team always prioritizes guest safety while providing the best experience possible.
What to Bring
Comfortable clothing is key for the zipline. Also we highly recommend the use of close toe shoes or closed sandals so you cannot loose them during the zipline. Flip-flops tend to disappear once an a’while. You will need to use a helmet so we don’t recommend hats, and recommend the use of backpacks to a minimum as it’s more comfortable without them.
Cancellation Policy
Online reservations offer 5 days before the tour starts for a full refund, with no refunds after that. No-show or late arrivals, there will be no refunds, and the payment/deposit will be lost.
